Fees & Refund Policy

You receive a written, itemised quote before paying anything. Our fee is shown apart from government, visa-centre and college charges, which you pay directly at the official rate. The embassy or immigration authority decides every application; our fee pays for our work and guidance, never for the decision.

Our fees

• Visitor and tourist fees are the same for the UK, the USA, Australia, Europe (Schengen), Japan, South Korea and other countries. Canada and New Zealand: we help in Punjab with documents, a Punjabi walk-through and travel only (plus the biometrics appointment for Canada), priced on request while this service is under legal review. Visa Connection is not a licensed Canadian (RCIC) or New Zealand immigration adviser.
• Government visa fees, visa-centre or VFS charges, tuition, permits, tests, insurance and air fares are paid by you directly and are never marked up. We read the official amount on the day of your quote.
• Every price above already includes GST. Your invoice shows the base amount plus GST.

Cyprus Study Package: pay our fee after your visa is approved

Admission help is free, because the Cyprus colleges we represent pay us a commission when you enrol — we tell every family this and show them the list of colleges we represent. Our ₹18,000 visa-file fee already includes apostille, notary, courier and GST, and you pay it within 7 days of visa approval, nothing before. If you withdraw before the decision, you pay only the apostille, notary and courier costs already spent, at actual cost. Our fee is our own charge for our services, not a fee the college requires, and your application to the college never depends on buying our services.

When you pay

• Visitor, tourist and Cyprus visa-file-only services: half when your file is opened, half before submission.
• Cyprus Study Package: ₹18,000 within 7 days of visa approval.
• Refusal review and detailed consultation: in full at the meeting.
• By UPI, card or bank transfer, with a receipt the same day. Nothing is ever collected “for the embassy” or “to speed things up”.

Refunds and cancellations

1. Before review starts. Cancel within 3 days of opening your file and before we start reviewing documents, and everything you paid us is refunded.
2. Before submission. Cancel after review starts but before submission, and the first half of our fee is kept for the work done; anything paid beyond it is refunded.
3. After submission. Our fee is not refundable, because the work is complete. If we do not do what your quote says, we refund our fee for that stage.
4. Cyprus Study Package. Nothing is paid to us before your visa is approved, so there is nothing to refund.
5. Reviews and consultations. Delivered at the meeting and not refundable once delivered; the credits below still apply.
6. Charges paid to others. Government, visa-centre, college, test and airline charges are refunded only under that provider’s own rules. Tuition is refunded by the college under its written policy, which we give you with the offer letter.
7. Visa refusals. A refusal is not by itself a reason to refund our fee, because the fee pays for the file and the guidance, not the decision.
8. How refunds are paid. To the account you paid from, within 14 days of your written request.

Credits

• A detailed consultation fee is credited against our fee if you open a file within 30 days.
• The ₹9,999 refusal review is credited in full if you open a new file with us within 90 days.
• If a file we prepared is refused, your refusal review is free and a new file for the same destination within 90 days is 50% off our fee.
• One credit applies per file. Credits reduce our fee only and are never paid out in cash.

Quotes, documents and complaints

• A quote is valid for 15 days. Once signed, its price is fixed for your file.
• Your documents are used only for your application and shared only with the authority, college or visa centre you choose. Please never send passport, Aadhaar, PAN or bank details through our website forms. See our Privacy Policy.
• Complaints: write to info@visaconnection.in or give a letter at our office. We acknowledge within 2 working days, and the Director replies in writing within 14 days. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
