Visa Connection (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email address and the message or enquiry you send us.
• Information you share for guidance — such as destination country, education background or travel plans, when you choose to share it.
• Free Profile Assessment details — if you use our Profile Assessment tool, we collect your name, mobile number, service/country of interest, age range, highest qualification, English-test status, previous visa-refusal status, approximate budget range and preferred intake/travel period. We do not collect passport numbers, bank details, payment information or document uploads through this tool.
• Basic website usage data — standard technical information (such as pages viewed) that helps us keep the site working well.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide visa, coaching, ticketing or documentation guidance you request.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.
• To improve our services and website.
• To understand which services and destinations people ask about, using de-identified enquiry records (for example service, country, age range and the page an enquiry came from, grouped by week). These records never include your name, phone number, email address or message.

How we store enquiries

When you send an enquiry through our contact form or a Free Profile Assessment, the details you entered are sent securely through our website host (Cloudflare) and may be kept in a private, access-controlled enquiry register (our own staff system, reached through Cloudflare, or Notion) that only our team uses to follow up with you. These providers may store data outside India. Enquiries sent through our contact and refusal case review forms are also emailed to us through FormSubmit. Our register automatically masks common passport, PAN, Aadhaar, account and card number formats — but please do not send identity or bank details through the website at all. Your name, phone number, email address and message are never shared with AI tools or used to train artificial-intelligence models; any AI-assisted planning we do uses only the de-identified records described above. If you choose to share a medical letter for an urgent visa application, we use it only for that application, never in marketing or on social media, and it is kept and deleted under the same rules as other client documents. We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or the law requires longer, and then delete them. If you are under 18, we will ask to speak with a parent or guardian before providing services.

WhatsApp enquiries and the Profile Assessment tool

When you submit our Free Profile Assessment (or use a WhatsApp CTA elsewhere on this site), the details you enter are used on your own device to open a pre-filled WhatsApp message addressed to Visa Connection. Sending that message transmits the information to WhatsApp/Meta, whose own privacy practices then apply to that message. For the Free Profile Assessment, a copy of the same details may also be kept in our private enquiry register (see “How we store enquiries”). Please still tap Send in WhatsApp so our team receives your details. The Profile Assessment tool does not collect passport numbers, bank details, payment information or document uploads.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to provide our services — for example, with our secure form-delivery, website-hosting and private record-keeping providers, or where required by law. Any visa application is submitted only with your knowledge and consent.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to assist you and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data-protection law.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand general usage — for example, how many people visit and which pages they view. This information is aggregated and does not personally identify you; we never send names, phone numbers, email addresses, message text or form content to analytics.

Analytics is off by default. On your first visit you'll see a notice asking whether to accept or reject analytics; no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google until you choose "Accept analytics." If you choose "Reject non-essential," analytics stays off and the site works exactly the same — forms, phone and WhatsApp links are never affected either way. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing or any Meta/Facebook pixel.
