These terms govern your use of the Visa Connection website and services. Please read them carefully. By contacting us or using our services, you accept these terms.

Our services

Visa Connection provides international student recruitment and overseas education consultancy services, including visa application assistance, documentation support, form-filling support, admission guidance, IELTS/PTE coaching, air ticketing and consultation. We are a private consultancy and are not a government department, embassy or immigration authority.

No guarantee of outcome

Visa approval, refusal and processing time are decided entirely by the relevant embassy, immigration authority, college, university or government department. We do not and cannot guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, admission, job placement, employment recruitment or work-permit approval. Any work-opportunity information is provided for general information and documentation guidance only; we do not act as an employment recruitment, manpower recruitment or job placement agency.

Your responsibilities

• Provide true, accurate and complete information and genuine documents.
• Disclose any previous visa refusals or relevant history honestly.
• Meet deadlines and submit required documents on time.

Applications based on false or misleading information may be refused by the authorities, and we cannot be held responsible for such outcomes.

Fees

Service fees, where applicable, are explained to you in advance. Government, embassy, test and third-party charges are separate and are set by those bodies.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund terms depend on the service and on how much work has already been carried out on your file, and are agreed with you in writing before you pay. In general:

• Third-party charges — embassy and government fees, visa application-centre charges, test fees, institution fees and airline fares — are set and collected by those bodies. Their own refund rules apply and we cannot refund them on their behalf.
• Our own service fees cover professional guidance, documentation and file-preparation work. Where you cancel before that work has begun, the position is discussed with you directly; where the work has already been completed, fees for the work done are not usually refundable.
• A visa refusal is not by itself grounds for a refund of service fees, because the decision rests solely with the authority and not with us. We tell you this clearly before you engage our services.

If you have a question about fees or a refund on your own case, contact us directly and we will explain the position for your specific file in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visa Connection is not liable for decisions made by embassies, authorities or institutions, or for delays, losses or expenses arising from such decisions.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Visa Connection and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.
